Plumbing Permit Application

A Plumbing Permit is required for the installation, alteration, or repair of plumbing systems within a building or structure. The permit ensures that all plumbing work complies with applicable codes and regulations, helping to protect public health, safety, and the integrity of the water and sewer systems.

NOTE: If this application has an active Building Permit, that will be sufficient to accompany this application for any on-site work and a separate Plumbing Permit is not required.
For connections between a property line and the City main, a Service Application may be required. This can be applied online here. Submit both permits if required.
